Yes! Our experienced maintenance team is on-site and ready to assist you during normal business hours. If you should have an after-hours emergency maintenance issue, we have a dedicated phone line to assist with your needs.
 

During regular business hours, please contact our office, and we will be more than happy to assist. If you happen to be locked out after hours, please contact our emergency maintenance line for further assistance.

There is a $250.00 Non-refundable registration pet fee per animal, and  $25.00 per month fee per cat, and $30.00 per month per dog.
 

Yes, please contact our furnished housing division, Singh Suites, for your furnished apartment needs.
 

Yes! Residents can receive a $300 rent credit for every new resident that they refer to a Singh community.
